We do have some Terms and conditions (the "license") published by our company that are mentioned below. 1. Template license and usage policy:

All templates, which are shared or going to be shared licensed under GNU General Public license which permits to use all the templates for personal use, so you are not permitted to redistribute those files or any commercial activity. To satisfy the 'attribution' clause of the license, you are required to keep the footer links intact. If you can't keep those footer links then it's better for you not to use our templates.

2. Photoshop Files and License:

The PSD and PNG files provided with the templates are copyrighted and are licensed by Super Blog Templates instead of GPL, so you are not permitted to redistribute those files.

3. Browser Compatibility:

It is our duty to make templates work perfectly on major browsers, which is why our templates support the latest and modern web browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer . However, the performance may vary between the browsers, or different operating systems like Windows and Macintosh.

4. Ownership:

All the products listed at superblogtemplates.blogspot.com are the property of Super Blog Templates. So no claim of ownership can be made by anyone providing any kind of documentations.

5. Site Content:

All the content published at all superblogtemplates.blogspot.com Domains including themes, images, site content, articles and blogs belongs to Super blog Templates and it is under a strict copyright. Any reproduction made has to be authorized with proper link-back to the original source written consent of Super blog Templates. If any person is found reproducing our content before any permission either commercially or non-private purpose would be banned permanently.

6. Support:

Super Blog Templates provides quality support to its customers. Users can open a support ticket and our support staff would provide them with frequent help. We do not offer support for any means of installation. Custom coding, migration.

7. Update in price:

Super Blog Templates has the right to modify or change the price of a subscription at any point of time without giving any kind of notice. We may notify 30 days earlier before making any change in the price.

8. Warranty:

We don't give any kind of warranty that any 3rd party components used in the templates/themes would function in any way. There is no guarantee for its compatibility of 3rd party plug-in and web browser. You should be the one to test its compatibility through the demo URL provided in the template. It's your responsibility to re-check the templates that they are working on all browsers as we never say that it will work on all browsers.

9. Refund Policy:

Since the products at Super Blog Templates Site are impalpable goods that means they are digitally delivered through cloud computation, all the sales are hence final. We have a non refundable policy, so if you find a bug or problem in the product we will be more than happy to fix that for you.
